Checkout

When you are ready to purchase your item(s), click the "Checkout" button located at your shopping bag. Our checkout process is fast, easy and secure. It consists of three steps:

1 Sign in as...
Here you can sign in as a Guest (only your emailaddres is needed) or as a Returning Customer (using your existing account) or you can Create an account.

2 Shipping & Billing
Here we ask you to enter your Shipping and Billing details and here you can also enter your Couponcode (if you have one).

3 Order Confirmation
Here you will find the summary of your order and you'll be asked to confirm it.

Which emails about my order do I receive?

You will receive the following emails regarding your order:

  • Order Confirmation
    This email confirms that we have received your order. Please keep this email for your records.

  • Payment Confirmation
    This email confirms the succesful payment of your order.

  • Shipment Notification
    This email notifies that your order or part of your order is shipped.

  • Important Notice
    There are a few reasons why you would receive this email, including: difficulty in processing your order, inability to ship to the address provided, duplicate order, cancellation of order, or payment verification. Should you receive a notice like this, please call our customer care team at: + 31 (0) 725 760 740 immediately so the problem can be addressed.

Shopping explained

You can shop by clicking on items to acces the product detail page for more information about the selected product To add an item to the shoppingbag click on the ‘Add to shoppingbag’ button at the product detail page.

Do I need to sign for my package?

Yes, all packages require a signature. If you will not be home please provide a work or other alternative address where there will be someone to receive and sign the package.

I have set up an account online but I have not received a confirmation.

Please check your spam folder in the first instance. If you have not received an email to your spam folder please contact us at customercare@leontinehagoort.com

Can I place an order online without an account?

Yes, once you have added all items to your shopping basket, go to the checkout (step1) and select ‘Checkout as a guest’.

Shoppingbag

The shopping bag holds products you wish to purchase while you shop, the same way you use a shopping bag in a retail store. Items you place in your shopping bag will remain there until they are purchased or removed.

Can I sign up to the newsletter without creating an account?

Yes, simply sign up for our newsletter by submitting your emailaddress.

What if I forget my password?

Please click here to retreive your password.

I am interested in an item from a past season, am I still able to purchase it?

All the items we have available are shown on the website. Please check our ‘Sale’ section for past season items.

I have received a damaged or defective item. What should I do?

Please contact us straight away. We will arrange an exchange with you on our expense.

To order a replacement item, you must place a new order. Unfortunately, we cannot automatically reorder or create an exchange for you. We apologize for any inconvience this may cause. Please contact us at so we can assist you.

Couponcode

You can redeem your couponcode in the checkout Shipping & Billing (step2). If your code qualifies, it will be displayed in the order summary. Only one couponcode per order will be accepted.

A product I want is out of stock. Do you take backorders?

We do not take backorders for products, however please email us so we can advise you or notify you when the item is back is stock. Email: customerservice@leontinehagoort.com

Creating an account online

You can created an account at step1 of the checkout by selecting ‘New Customer’ to create an account. Fill in your details and click on: Sign Up.

Return to shopping

If you wish to continue shopping you can click on New, Bags, Accessories or Sale in the topbar to browse for additional items. At any time during your shopping experience, you can return to your shopping bag.

Shipment of order

We strive to ship your order as soon as possible, but it may take 1-2 working days to prepare your order. Shipping time depends on your address location.

Return your order

If you are not entirely satisfied with your Leontine Hagoort purchase, you can return any item(s) within 14 days (from date of receipt).

You can only return the order if it is in the original, undamaged and unmarked packaging; complete and unused. Items which do not fulfil the above conditions will not be eligible for exchange or refund.

PLEASE NOTE: Sale items cannot be exchanged or returned!

Important information about payments

Can I use my couponcode without creating an account?

Yes you can use your couponcode without creating an account.

Changing or canceling your order

After you have clicked "Confirm your order," your order begins to process and you cannot make any changes to it. Our system is designed to fill orders and get them on their way as quickly as possible. Once you receive your order, simply return any items you do not want.

Delivery time

Please note the following delivery times:

  • Deliveries within the Netherlands can take 1-2 working days from the moment of dispatch.

  • International deliveries can take 5-7 working days from the moment of dispatch.

Please note these times are estimates and may differ.

Tracking your order

Once your order has been shipped you will receive your tracking number by email so you can follow its progress.

Do your prices include VAT?

All products on the website are 21% VAT included.
